These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of petgobbles.com (the "Website") and the purchase of products from Pet Gobbles ("we", "us", "our"), a pet bakery based in 1st Cross Road, Ashwini Layout, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560047, India. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

Pet Gobbles makes handmade cakes, treats and bakes intended for pets only (dogs and cats) — they are not for human consumption. Our products are made fresh to order using human-grade ingredients with no added sugar, salt, dairy or preservatives. Product images are illustrative; handmade items may vary slightly in appearance, size and colour.

2. Health & allergies

Ingredients and dietary information are provided in good faith. Pets may have individual allergies or dietary needs — please review ingredients before ordering and consult your veterinarian if your pet has a medical condition. Our products are treats and are not a substitute for veterinary advice or a complete diet.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed. Custom and celebration items (including cakes with a pet's name, photo or figurine) require advance notice — please order within the lead times shown at checkout. We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel any order, including for reasons of ingredient availability, an inability to deliver to your location, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

5. Delivery & pickup

Delivery and pickup are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, photographs, illustrations, logos and designs — is the property of Pet Gobbles and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Gobbles shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
