Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pet Gobbles, every cake and treat is handmade fresh to order and many are custom-designed for your pet. Because our products are perishable and often personalised, this policy explains when cancellations and refunds are possible.
1. Cancellations
- Standard items: You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin preparing your order. As a general guide, please request cancellation at least 12 hours before your selected pickup/delivery slot.
- Custom & celebration orders (cakes with a pet's name, photo or figurine, same-day designs, party packs): once we have started the design or baking, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the item is made specifically for you.

2. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method via our payment partner Razorpay. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We will provide a refund (full or partial) in cases such as:
- An eligible cancellation made within the window above
- An order we are unable to fulfil or that we cancel
- An order that is incorrect or materially different from what you ordered
3. Incorrect orders
Please inspect your order on receipt. If the item is incorrect or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup with your order details and clear photographs, and we will make it right with a replacement or an appropriate refund.
Damage in transit: deliveries are made by third-party delivery partners. Damage caused to the product during transport is not Pet Gobbles' responsibility (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy) — but please still reach out with photographs and we will do our best to help.
4. What is not eligible
- Change of mind after preparation has begun
- Orders affected by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- A pet simply not eating or liking a treat (our products are food items and cannot be returned for this reason)
- Minor, expected variations in handmade items (colour, shape, decoration)
5. No Cash on Delivery
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders are paid online in advance through Razorpay.
