This Privacy Policy explains how Pet Gobbles ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit petgobbles.com or place an order. We are based in 1st Cross Road, Ashwini Layout, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560047, India.

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your delivery address and approximate location (used only to estimate delivery distance and charges)
- Order details — the items, options and any notes you provide
- Pet photos you choose to upload for custom designs
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details — these are handled directly by our payment partner.
2. How we use your information
- To process, prepare and deliver your order
- To contact you about your order (confirmation, updates, delivery coordination)
- To create custom designs based on the pet photos and notes you share
- To respond to your enquiries and improve our products and service
3. Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. When you pay, your payment information is collected and processed by Razorpay under their own privacy policy and security standards (PCI-DSS compliant). Pet Gobbles never sees or stores your full card or banking details.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to fulfil your order — for example, with our delivery personnel and with our payment processor (Razorpay) — and where required by law.
5. Data storage & security
Order details and uploaded pet photos are stored securely using our backend provider (Supabase). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
6. Cookies & local storage
Our Website uses your browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart between visits. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at petgobbles@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
