Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pet Gobbles bakes every order fresh from our kitchen in Ashwini Layout, Koramangala, Bengaluru. We offer both local delivery across Bengaluru and self-pickup. We are a fresh-food bakery and do not ship outside Bengaluru or by courier/post.
1. Delivery areas & charges
Delivery is available across Bengaluru. The charge is based on the distance from our kitchen to your address, estimated at checkout:
- Up to 5 km — ₹90
- 5–10 km — ₹180
- 10–15 km — ₹240
- 15–20 km — ₹300
- Beyond 20 km — delivery may be available; the charge is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is finalised.
2. Delivery timelines
Because everything is made fresh to order, please order in advance. At checkout you choose a delivery date and a 2-hour time slot (between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM). Same-day orders require at least 2 hours' lead time, subject to availability. Custom and celebration cakes may require additional notice.
3. Self-pickup
You may collect your order from our kitchen at 1st Cross Road, Ashwini Layout, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560047, open daily 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM. Pickup is free — simply select "Pickup" at checkout and choose your slot.
4. Order tracking & coordination
After ordering, you can check your order status using the Track Order option on our Website (with the phone number you ordered with). Our team may also contact you on the phone number provided to coordinate delivery.
5. Delays
We make every effort to deliver within your chosen slot. Occasionally, delays may occur due to traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control. If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please ensure the delivery address and phone number you provide are accurate and reachable.
6. Third-party delivery & damage in transit
Deliveries are fulfilled through third-party delivery partners. We pack every order carefully, but once it leaves our kitchen the transport is handled by the delivery partner — Pet Gobbles is not responsible for any damage caused to the product during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs and we will do our best to assist.
